The International Light Festival in Jerusalem 2023, initiated by the Jerusalem Development Authority, the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage and the Jerusalem Municipality, is a unique event of its kind that connects artists from the fields of lighting, video and performing arts with the city streets and alleys of the Old City of Jerusalem, its residents and hundreds of thousands of festival visitors.

Jerusalem Light Festival 2023 invites artists, designers and creators to submit existing or new proposals under the annual theme Images of Light for light art works, video mapping works, street art, music shows and active and interactive activities. 

Please read the brief carefully and submit your proposal.
However, only completely filled out and submitted forms can be considered by the Jury.
